FRICOF LLC (“FRICOF”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. It covers fricof.com and all services we provide.
1. Who is responsible for your data

Information you give us
- Name, business name, email address, and phone number when you contact us or place an order
- Billing address and the details you enter into a checkout or proposal
- Information you send us to perform the service, such as website content, product details, or access credentials
Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type, device type, and pages viewed
- Cookies and similar technologies, as described in section 6
Information from payment processors
When you pay, Stripe or PayPal sends us a confirmation containing your name, email, the amount, and the last four digits of your card. We use this to identify your order and issue receipts.
3. What we do NOT collect
We never see, handle, or store your full card number, card expiry date, or security code. Those details go directly from you to Stripe or PayPal, who are PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We also do not collect any special category data such as health, biometric, or political information, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
4. Why we use your information
- To deliver the services you have bought and communicate with you about them
- To take payment and issue receipts and invoices
- To provide customer support and respond to your enquiries
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- To improve our website and services
- To send service updates. We only send marketing emails if you opt in, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the providers needed to run our business, and only to the extent needed:
- Stripe and PayPal, to process payments
- Our website hosting and email providers
- Analytics providers, to understand website usage
- Advertising platforms such as Google and Meta, where you have engaged us to manage campaigns on your accounts
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade it. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing purposes.
6. Cookies
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the website and cart to work, plus analytics cookies that help us see which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the site will still work, though some features may be reduced.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiry and support records: 24 months from your last contact with us
- Order, invoice, and payment records: 7 years, as required by US tax and accounting rules
- Project files and deliverables: for the duration of our engagement plus 12 months, then deleted on request
8. Your rights
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it
- Stop using it for marketing
- Export it in a portable format
If you are in the EU or UK, you have these rights under the GDPR and may complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, you have the rights described in the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete, and the right not to be discriminated against for using them. Note that we do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

9. How we protect your information
- The whole website is served over TLS encryption (HTTPS)
- Access to client data is limited to the staff who need it, protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication
- Client credentials are stored in an encrypted password manager, never in plain text or in email
- We review our security practices regularly and patch our systems promptly
10. International transfers
We are based in the United States and our providers may process data in the United States or elsewhere. Where we transfer personal information out of the EU or UK, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
11. Third-party websites
Our website may link to other sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; please read their policies before giving them your information.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above always shows the current version, and we notify you by email of any material change that affects you.
